Returns & Refunds

Damaged or defective items

If your print arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will reprint or fully refund it free of charge. Email a photo of the item and packaging to support@cartamoment.com within 14 days of delivery.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise it, contact support@cartamoment.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will refund the product price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Note: items that are genuinely personalised to your specifications (e.g. a custom date or text you provided) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(c) of the Directive — but our damaged/defective guarantee above always applies.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible after purchase; if production has not started, we will cancel and refund in full.
